March is colon cancer awareness month.

I’m attaching a video I did a year or so back that covers several basics on colon cancer screening and prevention. Video quality a bit low by my standards now but the content is solid. Take a moment to share with those you care about. Colo-rectal cancer is fairly preventable with screening. It’s also very common.
