I’ve been working this program for 10 years. Definitely ups and downs with periods of weakness. It’s really hard with 3 kids who see all their friends shoveling carbs down their throats non-stop. Seems it is always progressing with new studies and information. I like being reaffirmed that the information you shared a decade ago is still the foundation today.
    Thanks for all you do!

There really is a mountain of research. We’re starting to see the tipping point in the general population. I just finished THE BIG FAT Surprise (Nina Teicholtz) which I’ll discuss in a post later this week. She did a nice job researching the current literature and history of dietary advice in our country.

If you avoid carbs and limit simple sugars, processed crap, then you are on the right track.

If you choose eggs, nuts, meat, and don’t avoid high quality fats…your right there too.

Diet and nutrition are cultural. With kids there is the constant interface with the masses. It’s hard for them to figure out that most people eat crap, fall for anything, and don’t care about health.

Keep pushing and give them good examples of what “REal food” looks like!

Btw I know you guys are into local food…I’m working on a pipeline for locally grown foods. To keep up to date on those developments leave your email at this

Also check into the NRGTRIBE Store periodically….We started listing foods we have available locally.
