I recently read on WAP website that taking enzymes that are high in lipase between meals on an empty stomach can help release fat stores. Is this true and what enzyme do you recommend that is high in lipase?
Also, I have read mixed reports on not eating passed a certain time of day. Does it matter or effect how your body metabolizes that food?
I just had an MRI done of my right knee. The results came back that I have severe arthritis, a torn meniscus and degeneration of one of the major ligaments. I have a bouncer that I use to sometimes exercise on. Will the bouncer cause me more problems. It is difficult because the knee, in fact both knees are very painful. Should I continue to use the bouncer?
